THE ORIGINAL GEAR JAMMERS
The Original Gear Jammers class was started right here at Elk Creek Dragway to bring back the excitement of true stick-shift bracket racing. Built for racers who row their own gears, this class focuses on driver skill, consistency, and the raw connection between car and driver that only a manual transmission can provide. What began as an effort to revive a fading style of racing has grown into one of the most unique and exciting classes at the track, keeping the tradition of stick-shift racing alive for a new generation.
RULES
As we continue to grow and improve Elk Creek Dragway, some rules, classes, and procedures are still being refined. Our goal is to create a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all racers and spectators. Updates will be posted as they are finalized, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we continue building and improving the program.
